At our Bespoke Lounge, you have the freedom to create your hair exactly how you want it — choosing your shades, your Bespoke Colour Blend and your length to create your perfect bespoke set.

Colour Matching

We strongly recommend purchasing a colour ring before placing your bespoke hair order. This allows you to personally compare and match the shade against your own hair in different lighting and ensures you are confident with your chosen colour before your bespoke hair is created.

Please note that colour selection is the customer's responsibility when creating a bespoke order. Our team can offer guidance and recommendations, but the final shade, length and blend selection is chosen and approved by you.

Once your bespoke hair has been created to your chosen specifications, we cannot accept responsibility for an incorrect colour selection made by the customer.

By placing a bespoke order, you confirm that you are happy with and take responsibility for your chosen shade, length and blend.

How your bespoke enquiry works

  1. You submit your bespoke specification — this is an enquiry, not an order.
  2. We review your shades, blend and length.
  3. We confirm availability and prepare your final bespoke price.
  4. You approve your price before anything is ordered or paid for.

Please allow up to 5 working days for us to review your bespoke request, confirm availability with our supplier and prepare your final price. This is our review and quotation timeframe only — it is not a delivery or manufacturing timeframe. Manufacturing and delivery times are confirmed separately once you approve your price.

Bespoke hair is blended to your chosen specification. Colour tones can vary slightly between batches, and screens display colour differently, so shades shown online are a guide. Bespoke pieces are made to order and are non-returnable unless faulty.
