All orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48® with Signature — £5.95, 3–5 business days. Signature required, tracked and insured up to £75.

Orders are dispatched on working days, Monday to Friday. Once dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email.

Courier, postal and customs delays can happen. We ask customers to wait until the hair has arrived before booking a fitting appointment — full details are in our booking policy.

Because hair extensions are a hygiene product, they can only be returned unopened with the hygiene seal intact, within 14 days of delivery.

Once the seal is broken, the hair has been fitted, cut, coloured or worn, it cannot be returned. Faulty items are always assessed and put right. Our full statutory rights and process are set out in our returns policy.

Our colour match service gives a recommendation based on the photographs you provide, not a guarantee. If you are unsure, order a colour ring first — it is the only way to check a shade against your hair in your own lighting.
