We strongly recommend that customers wait until their hair extensions have safely arrived before booking any fitting appointments.

While we always aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, postal disruptions, customs processing, peak periods or circumstances outside of our control.

We cannot be held responsible for any appointment costs, rescheduling fees, loss of earnings or other expenses incurred due to delayed deliveries. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept this risk.
